International Federation for Emergency Medicine
Launching the IFEM Academy.
The IFEM Academy is a global education initiative developed by the International Federation for Emergency Medicine to expand access to high-quality education and professional development for emergency care clinicians worldwide. As Project Manager, Dr Ragoo coordinated the work required to take the Academy from concept through development to launch across an international programme of clinical leaders, educators, technology partners, communications teams and volunteers in multiple countries.
- Worked with IFEM leadership and technical partners at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) on the digital learning platform
- Established project plans and workstreams, coordinated decision-making, and kept clinical, educational and technical teams aligned
- Put governance, advisory structures, content review and quality-assurance processes in place for launch and beyond
- Result: the successful launch of an international educational platform, supported by an advisory network and an expanding programme of educational content
